What is Crop Walk?

It is a nationwide walk-a-thon, held in the fall of each year to raise money for charities like our food and Shelter. Individuals pay a fee ($25) to gather and walk the 3 mile course. There are rest stops and facilities, and hot dogs and drinks when you finish.

What does CRC have to do with crop walk? Food and Shelter believes that our cars enhance the event, so we try to place 8-12 cars in andrews park for the citizens to enjoy.

Club members like Marilyn or June or Joyce might choose to do the walk.....
While others of us might choose to WATCH the walk....or eat the potato chips....or the girl scout cookies, or the grilled hot dogs......
